Dr. Greg is an in-network provider with Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Connecticare, Harvard Pilgrim, Humana, Tufts, and United Healthcare. We also participate with Yale Employee Health and Yale Student Health. If you would like to have your insurance coverage verified, please contact us with your (1) insurance company, (2) member ID number, and (3) date of birth.
If you do not have insurance or have a carrier we do not currently accept, we offer a non-insurance plan. We accept cash, personal check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards.
All new patients will receive a complete examination and health assessment that will include a history, vitals, neurological, orthopedic, and functional testing.
After the exam a diagnosis and treatment plan will be provided. The treatment plan will be catered to each individual patient consisting of in office treatment along with home care stretches and exercises.
We ask that you arrive a few minutes early to fill out the paperwork. You can expect to spend 60-90 minutes in the office for your first visit. Follow-up visits last between 30-60 minutes depending on the treatment.
We are located on Church Street just off of Chapel Street. Use exit 3 when taking I-91 and exit 47 when taking Route 34.
Street parking is available and the Yale Shuttle stops right in front of the building.
If your appointment is after banking hours you may park at a bank for free including Webster Bank, Wachovia Bank, Citizens, Bank of Southern New England.
The best garage to park at is 360 State Street ($3 for the first hour, $2 for each additional hour. About a 1.5 block walk.).
