Dr. Gregory Hom is a board certified Sports Chiropractor who grew up in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan. He spent his childhood traveling from one sports complex to the next competing in soccer, hockey, and tennis year round while also coaching youth soccer. After graduating from high school, Dr. Greg attended the University of Massachusetts, Amherst where he majored in Kinesiology.


While at UMass, Dr. Greg participated in several clubs and intramural sports while spending his summer as an intern at the Winchester Hospital Chiropractic Clinic in Woburn, Massachusetts. Graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science in 2011, Dr. Greg then attended New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) where he focused his coursework on diagnosing and treating athletes. While at NYCC, Dr. Greg became certified in Activator Methods, Whole Foods Nutrition, and Custom Stabilizing Orthotics. Dr. Greg graduated from NYCC in 2014 with a Doctorate in Chiropractic.


After graduation, Dr. Greg moved to New York City and became a certified  in Kinesio Taping Practitioner and Selective Functional Movement Analysis Practitioner. Additionally, Dr. Greg earned certifications in Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehab, Mckenzie Diagnosis and Therapy of the Cervical, Thoracic, and Lumbar Spine ,as well as dry needling for Pain Management and Sports Rehabilitation. 


After one year of post graduate studies, Dr. Greg became an International Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician working as one of the head chiropractors for Team Kaya Dragon Boat Racing, AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour, Spartan Race, and the IPA Push/Pull Showdown. After 16 months in New York City, Dr. Greg relocated to New Haven, Connecticut.


Dr. Kyle Lin earned his Bachelor of Sciences with a concentration in Environmental Health from Stony Brook University in the spring of 2017. While attending Stony Brook University, Dr. Kyle was a member of the volleyball club and the powerlifting club.

Dr. Kyle began his chiropractic education in fall of 2017 at the University of Bridgeport School of Chiropractic (UBSC). While attending UBSC, Dr. Kyle was a member of the sports and rehabilitation club and he became certified in Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehabilitation (FAKTR) method, and Functional Taping for Musculoskeletal Injuries method. During his last year at UBCS, Dr. Kyle served as an intern treating patients at the University of Bridgeport Clinics. Dr. Kyle graduated from UBSC in 2021 with a Doctorate in Chiropractic.

During his free time, Dr. Kyle likes to enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking and kayaking. He also enjoys playing video games from time to time.


Sharon received her bachelor’s degree in legal studies from Western Connecticut State University (WCSU). During her time at WCSU, she was member of the nationally ranked women’s soccer team, rugby team, and a representative of the Student Athlete Government. 

In 2010, Sharon completed the Hartford marathon and several other road races. Needing a new challenge, in 2011 she started CrossFit training. In 2014, she obtained her CF-L1 coaching certification, and has continued her CrossFit education with specialty certifications in Strongman, Movement & Mobility, and Anatomy & Physiology. Sharon is currently pursuing the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification and looking to further her education in the field of health sciences.

As a coach and lifelong athlete, Sharon understands the importance of overall health and wellness. Working with a chiropractor has not only helped her as an athlete but also as a coach. She also appreciates the holistic approach of chiropractic care and the inherent healing power of the body. Sharon always stresses the importance of proper movement patterns and prehab exercises routines with her athletes. She looks forward to helping more people move better and live healthier lives.

In her free time, Sharon coaches CrossFit classes and plays for the New Haven women’s rugby team. She also enjoys checking out new places and hanging out with her Wheaton Terrier, Sophie. 


Brittany has always been interested in staying active & healthy. From a young age she was involved in gymnastics, golf, karate, & cross country. When high school came around, she joined the track team as a 100m & 200m sprinter & made it to states her freshman year. With a quad injury in her sophomore year, she still continued to workout at the gym to stay fit.

Graduating high school in 2009, Brittany was still unsure what she really wanted to go to college for. She originally began college with intentions of going into nursing, but decided to change career paths & graduated with an associates in general studies with an outlook on science. Since going to the gym & staying in shape came fairly easy to her, she decided to start her career by attending Branford Hall Career Institute to become a Certified Personal Trainer. After passing her , she began working in gyms starting with 1-1 personal training and eventually made her way up to teaching group classes. This is about the same time where she found a love with Crossfit. Since 2014, she has stayed pretty consistent with working out, primarily Crossfit style, as well as dabbling into Olympic lifting, strongman, & powerlifting.

In addition to the clinic, Brittany currently works at District Athletic Club as a personal trainer & recently received her CF-L1 to coach Crossfit there!
